Dear Parents/Caregivers

Xmas Raffle Fundraiser for our Bike Track Project

We need your help with both of the following requests:

– Selling raffle tickets

– Donations of suitable goods for the raffles

1. TODAY the oldest child in each family will bring home a raffle sheet.
2. Each sheet has 25 ticket numbers to be sold at $2 for each number on the sheet.
3. We are asking each family to sell 25 ticket numbers ($50 in total), to help raise $2500 towards new bikes for our bike track.
4. ALL names / phone numbers must be clearly recorded against the ticket number bought.
5. There will be at least 3 large raffle baskets to be drawn on Wednesday 30 November.

IF YOU ARE SELLING TICKETS

• As soon as you have sold as many tickets as you can, return your ticket sheet and the money collected inside the zip lock bag provided to the school office before Wednesday 16 November
• We recommend that children selling tickets are always accompanied by an adult – tell people that they are helping to raise funds for our new bike and athletic tracks, as well as bikes and helmets.
• If you would like to sell more ticket sheets after you have returned your first ticket sheet, please ask at the School Office.
• All students who have helped to sell tickets will go into spot draws to win Xmas treats for themselves.

IF YOU ARE NOT SELLING TICKETS

• Please return your ticket sheet to the School Office as soon as possible, so that we can give these to other families to sell.
• Sometimes families prefer to give a donation, rather than selling raffle tickets – we welcome any contributions.

ALL TICKET SHEETS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE – SOLD OR UNSOLD

If you do not return your ticket sheet, it may be assumed that you have sold tickets without returning the money raised.

QUALITY RAFFLE DONATIONS

We need every family to help us to fill the Xmas raffle baskets with Xmas/summer goodies!

Please drop your donations e,g, Xmas chocolates and treats, children’s toys or books, Summer items e.g. beach balls, spades and towels etc. to the School Office before Monday 21 November.
